Ladies Endeavor Titans Tank

Placed my order on 8/25/23 and received notification of shipment on 8/31/2023. It is now 9/15/23and I still have not received my items. Tracking shows it is still sitting at their warehouse. I reached out to them via on line chat and they still have not answered. I have emailed them in 9/12/23 and I still have not received a response. By time I receive my order football season will be over and I won’t need them which is a real bummer. Next step is to dispute the charge since they ignore any attempts to get the situation corrected.
